Production & Site Reliability Engineer – London/Amsterdam

About the role

Join a tier‑1 proprietary trading firm as a Production and Site Reliability Engineer, supporting low‑latency trading systems across London and Amsterdam. You will work closely with traders, developers, and operations to ensure a stable, high‑performance production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support to high‑frequency trading floors, troubleshooting complex incidents quickly.
• Deploy, maintain, and monitor proprietary trading applications, ensuring they meet performance thresholds.
• Analyse incidents to identify recurring patterns and drive automation improvements.
• Coordinate deployments of new trading products, exchanges, and special events such as corporate actions.
• Architect and maintain services for maximum reliability and scalability, including colocation management.
• Collaborate with development teams to establish best practices and long‑term stability.
