Production Supervisor – Bespoke Joinery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our bespoke joinery manufacturing team in Warrington. You will oversee the full production cycle, ensuring premium hardwood flooring and other custom timber products are delivered on time, to the highest quality standards and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day manufacturing operations.
• Oversee production planning to achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, quality and efficiency initiatives.
• Manage production budgets, purchasing and cost‑reduction projects.
• Develop, train and mentor the production team.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance of machinery and facilities.

Required profile

• Background in woodworking, carpentry, joinery or timber manufacturing.
• Proven experience supervising a skilled production team.
• Strong understanding of production planning and quality systems.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies.
• Commitment to health & safety best practices.
