Production Systems Efficiency Product Owner – ERP S/4 Projects

About the role

Airbus is integrating a Tier 1 aerostructures supplier and expanding its ERP landscape with SAP S/4 HANA. The role will lead the definition, design and deployment of SAP S/4 HANA for manufacturing engineering and shop‑floor processes at the new Belfast facility.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery of the Production Systems Efficiency (PSE) scope while ensuring integration with Planning, Finance, Logistics and other domains.
• Deploy SAP S/4 HANA solutions alongside the Airbus tool chain, contribute to deployment strategy, and manage data migration and entry into service.
• Lead business transformation activities, including business acceptance testing, hyper‑care support and stakeholder alignment from discovery to entry into service.
• Collaborate with other Airbus S/4 projects to harmonise solutions and capture synergies.

Required profile

• End‑to‑end supply‑chain knowledge with deep understanding of manufacturing engineering or shop‑floor processes.
• Degree in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production or Supply‑chain with ≥5 years (or HNC with ≥8 years) experience in aerospace or similarly complex industries.
• Proven experience in change management and stakeholder negotiation.
