Production Team Member – Candle Manufacturing

About the role
Join a dynamic team producing candles, tea lights, and fragrances at a modern facility on the outskirts of Ulverston. As a Production Team Member you will help ensure that every product meets high‑quality standards while working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
- Package finished items efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards.
- Assist with various warehousing duties as required.
Required profile
- Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Enjoys teamwork and contributes positively to a production setting.
- Willingness to follow health and safety procedures.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly rate of £12.71.
- Shift pattern: Monday to Thursday, 6 am – 4:30 pm.
- Access to a canteen, locker facilities, honesty box, fridges, and free tea & coffee.
- Potential for growth beyond the temporary assignment.
