Production Technician – Precision Cutting

About the role

We are seeking a Production Technician to join our busy workshop in Watlington. This hands‑on position supports the daily running of a specialist precision‑cutting facility, ensuring smooth operations and helping maintain the high quality standards expected by our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and operation of cutting machinery.
• Handle and prepare materials for cutting.
• Carry out quality checks on finished products.
• Pack and dispatch customer orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
• Support senior machinists and engineers with day‑to‑day tasks.

Required profile

• Practical, hands‑on approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work accurately under pressure.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and safety‑conscious.
• Previous workshop or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential – training will be provided.
