Production & Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Join a well‑established business in Elstree as a Production & Warehouse Assistant. The role blends hands‑on production and warehouse duties with administrative and coordination tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, record and track production samples.
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and department documentation.
• Support equipment calibration and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct routine process checks following company procedures.
• Perform stock checks and monitor inventory levels.
• Order consumables and departmental supplies.
• Archive records and manage filing systems.
• Assist with document control and SOP updates.
• Help with rotas, scheduling and coordinating contractor visits.
• Take meeting notes and support departmental administration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to GMP procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in production, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, stock control or operational support.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
• Proactive communication skills.
• GMP experience is advantageous but not essential.
