About the role
We are seeking a reliable Production & Warehouse Operative to join a fast‑paced chemical blending and packaging environment in Lambourn, South East England. The role is permanent and involves a regular schedule of Monday‑Thursday 8:00‑17:00 and Friday 7:00‑15:45.
Key responsibilities
- Produce packaging and material components in a bespoke chemical blending setting.
- Pick, lift and move products, including heavy items, throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting production targets.
Required profile
- Own transport is essential as the site is not reachable by public transport or bicycle.
- Previous experience working on a production line with a consistent work history and good references.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hard‑working, fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Understanding of basic chemical handling processes (advantageous).
