Products Liability Adjuster

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Products Liability Adjuster to join a global loss adjusting organisation. You will work within a specialist division that assists businesses facing product recalls, helping them manage exposure, protect their brand and achieve rapid recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in handling and settling a mixed caseload of third‑party liability claims.
• Investigate incidents thoroughly and establish liability within strict timelines.
• Manage EL/PL claims with a focus on product recall liability, both voluntary and mandated.
• Communicate clearly with clients, providing guidance throughout the recall response.
• Prepare detailed technical investigation reports and negotiate settlements.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling a full range of EL/PL and product recall liability claims.
• Strong knowledge of insurance market practices and policy coverages.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel as required.
