Products Liability Loss Adjuster

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Products Liability Loss Adjuster to join a global loss adjusting organisation. You will work within a specialist division handling product recall incidents across a wide range of industries, providing rapid, clear, and proactive support to minimise exposure and protect brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in handling and settling a mixed caseload of third‑party liability claims.
• Investigate product recall incidents thoroughly and establish liability within tight timelines.
• Manage a mixture of EL/PL claims with a focus on product recall liability.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate clearly throughout the recall response.
• Ensure efficient settlement of claims wherever possible.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Liability Adjuster handling EL/PL and product/recall liability claims.
• Ability to produce complex technical investigation reports.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the insurance market.
• Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed.
