Professional Development Officer

About the role
The Professional Development Officer will join HCRG Care Group’s Learning Enterprise team to support the development of future healthcare professionals. Working remotely, you will collaborate with Professional Development Leads, operational teams, education providers and healthcare stakeholders to ensure high‑quality placement experiences and professional development opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate student and learner placements across health and care settings.
- Support quality‑assurance processes for placement programmes.
- Maintain and analyse professional development data.
- Assist with education funding activities and related administration.
- Contribute to projects that improve learning environments and outcomes.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and highly organised with a passion for developing people.
- Strong stakeholder‑engagement and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment.
