Professional Hairstylist – Full‑time Position

About the role

SmartStyle is seeking a skilled hairstylist to join our busy salon in London, ON. You will work directly with clients to deliver high‑quality haircuts, styling, and colour services in a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Book and manage client appointments.
• Cut, trim, shave, and style hair according to client preferences.
• Provide shampooing, scalp conditioning massages, and beard trimming.
• Perform hair colour treatments, including bleaching, tinting, frosting, and highlights.
• Execute advanced techniques such as blow‑drying, iron waving/curling, permanents, and roller setting.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and perform receptionist duties as needed.

Required profile

• Trade certificate or diploma in hairstyling, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a barbershop or salon setting is an asset.
• Valid Hairstylist Licence.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and nights.
