About the role

Join Everywhen’s Manchester team as a Professional Indemnity Insurance Account Handler. You will work Monday‑to‑Friday, supporting a portfolio of professional indemnity clients and delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for assigned clients, handling enquiries by phone and email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage day‑to‑day client queries and provide timely, accurate information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell within the professional indemnity portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the insurance sector, preferably in professional indemnity.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative.
• Strong communication skills – confident on the phone and via email.
• Team‑player with a positive outlook, resilience and adaptability.
• High level of honesty and integrity, essential for a regulated financial environment.
