Professional Services Associate

About the role

DailyPay is seeking a Professional Services Associate to join its growing Professional Services team in Belfast. In this hybrid role you will support client launches, onboarding, and integration projects while ensuring high‑quality delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Launch xSME clients through streamlined implementation processes.
• Monitor and promptly escalate errors during new client launches and subsequent changes.
• Develop deep knowledge of DailyPay’s product configuration and backend processes.
• Identify process gaps, propose automation opportunities, and improve data queries.
• Support integration changes such as location and pay‑code additions for existing clients.
• Collect and organize data for client reviews and use analytics to diagnose individual and systemic issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an operational, technical, or real‑time monitoring environment.
• Strong analytical ability to review data and configurations, spotting and escalating issues.
• Excellent project‑management skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with implementation managers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
