Professional Services Delivery Manager – Networking

About the role

The Manager, Consulting II leads delivery execution and operational governance for HPE Networking Professional Services engagements, supporting customers across Aruba and Juniper networking environments. This onsite role involves managing a team of consulting and delivery professionals to ensure high‑quality, consistent delivery for large‑scale enterprise and service‑provider projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of networking professional services engagements across Aruba (CX switching, WLAN, ClearPass, SD‑Branch) and Juniper (EX, QFX, MX, Mist AI, SRX, SD‑WAN) environments.
• Establish and maintain delivery governance including planning, execution tracking, milestone management and service acceptance.
• Drive adoption of standardized delivery frameworks, tools and reporting, and monitor delivery health to identify and mitigate risks.
• Act as the primary delivery leader for customers, building trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders and chairing governance forums such as weekly, monthly and executive reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing consulting and delivery teams in large‑scale enterprise or service‑provider networking projects.
• Strong governance, escalation leadership and executive‑level communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in an HPE office and collaborate with multi‑vendor environments.
