Program Administrator/Coordinator (Part‑time, 20 hrs/week)

About the role

The Program Administrator/Coordinator will represent Yoh at client sites in Liverpool, acting as the primary point of contact for on‑site contractors and supporting client relationships. This part‑time position (20 hours per week) focuses on onboarding, payroll support, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as first‑line communication for contractor issues, educating them on Yoh and client policies.
• Research and resolve contractor pay, benefits, and time‑entry queries, escalating when necessary.
• Prepare and manage onboarding, extension, and off‑boarding documentation in partnership with the Program Manager.
• Maintain contractor and customer data within the VMS system (Beeline) and generate client reports.
• Assist with payroll and time‑keeping activities, including approvals, adjustments, and miscellaneous billings.
• Support auditing and other administrative tasks as required.
• Assist the Program Manager with ad‑hoc projects and requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
• HR and business acumen with knowledge of the recruiting industry.
• Ability to work on‑site and handle complex documentation in English.
• Capacity for focused, long‑duration tasks and sound decision‑making.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Beeline VMS technology (or similar VMS platforms).
