Program Advisor – Student Recruitment

About the role

As a Program Advisor you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the full enrollment journey for the University of Law. Working independently, you will combine consultative sales techniques with detailed knowledge of programme offerings to help students make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of enquiries via phone, SMS, video calls, email and chat, often making 100+ calls per day.
• Provide tailored consultations that match students’ career aspirations with appropriate University of Law programmes.
• Guide applicants from initial enquiry through application completion, offer conversion and tuition payment.
• Advise international candidates on visa, immigration and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged with attention to detail.
• Represent the University professionally at all times and contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes.
