Program Manager – Demand Operations (London)

About the role

A global autonomous‑vehicle leader is launching in London and needs a high‑autonomy Program Manager to optimise infrastructure across traffic venues. The role blends strategic programme governance with hands‑on fieldwork, translating real‑world streets into precise software configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Design frictionless Pickup/Drop‑off (PUDO) points that comply with Red Routes, bus lanes and borough mandates.
• Create transport staging plans for large crowds at major venues such as Wembley and the O2 Arena.
• Interpret data signals to optimise fleet positioning and generate accurate geolocation requests for engineering teams.
• Serve as the operational liaison between technical teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in mobility, ride‑sharing, logistics or urban planning.
• Deep knowledge of London geography, traffic behaviour and TfL frameworks.
• Willingness to conduct extensive fieldwork to evaluate physical sites firsthand.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tableau.
• Proficiency with Looker.
• Proficiency with SQL.
