Program Manager – Wholesale Roaming Coordinator

About the role

Skylo is looking for a Program Manager to coordinate wholesale roaming and bring mobile network operators (MNOs) live on its satellite‑backed cellular network. Based in London and working closely with the Sales Engineering team, you will own the end‑to‑end onboarding journey for multiple partners, ensuring launches happen on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Drive concurrent MNO onboarding programs through all phases: commercial alignment, IR.21/RAEX exchange, IREG/TADIG testing, IPX interconnect bring‑up, and commercial launch.
• Maintain a single dashboard that tracks every active partner, current phase, blockers, owners, and forecast launch dates.
• Run regular program rituals, including weekly partner stand‑ups, portfolio reviews, and monthly executive readouts.
• Own and continuously improve the master onboarding runbook, updating RACI swimlanes after each launch.
• Serve as the single point of contact for each MNO’s program team, coordinating cross‑functional efforts across sales, engineering, and operations.

Required profile

• Experience managing complex telecom or satellite connectivity programs.
• Familiarity with MNO onboarding processes and interconnect standards such as IR.21, RAEX, IREG, TADIG, and IPX.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep stakeholders aligned.
