Programme Coordinator – MBA Delivery

About the role

Join a leading education provider as a Programme Coordinator, supporting the delivery of prestigious MBA programmes. The temporary, full‑time role blends student support, programme administration and event coordination to ensure a seamless experience for participants both online and on campus.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end administration and delivery of academic programmes, managing day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain programme communications, virtual learning environments and accurate student records.
• Serve as primary point of contact for students, providing guidance and resolving queries.
• Organise timetabling, coursework, assessments and examinations in collaboration with academic and professional services.
• Support online and in‑person learning delivery, working with stakeholders to enhance learning technologies.
• Plan and execute programme activities and events such as inductions, welcome sessions, student committees and exchange programmes.
• Monitor shared inboxes, prepare reports, maintain records and manage programme‑related financial and administrative processes.
• Build relationships with academic staff, students and external partners while contributing to recruitment and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in programme administration within higher education or a similar environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
• Hold an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
