Programme Coordinator – National Respiratory Audit Programme

About the role

The Royal College of Physicians is seeking a Programme Coordinator to support the National Respiratory Audit Programme (NRAP). Working within a hybrid model, you will help deliver the adult and children asthma audit workstreams, the education programme and related events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and take minutes for meetings, workshops and events.
• Coordinate communications, produce a quarterly newsletter and maintain a stakeholder contact database.
• Manage relationships with clinical teams and external sites, including handling under‑performing sites.
• Support data checking and cleaning in collaboration with analysts and the web‑tool developer.
• Assist in the production of audit materials, proof‑read reports and liaise with design and communications teams.
• Independently manage sub‑projects as directed by the project management team.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating complex programmes with multiple external customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time‑management and task‑prioritisation abilities.
• Experience organising meetings, workshops and minute‑taking.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract until 31 May 2028 with the possibility of extension.
• Hybrid working (minimum six days per month in the Liverpool office).
