Programme Manager (Creative) – Temporary Cover

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager (Creative) to provide temporary cover during a period of absence. This full‑time, 37.5‑hour week position will lead creative programmes within a higher‑education setting, ensuring high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage creative programmes, maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
• Support, motivate and develop teaching staff to deliver an exceptional learner experience.
• Monitor student progress, achievement and attendance, implementing interventions where necessary.
• Ensure programmes meet awarding‑body requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, development and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive student success and programme performance.

Required profile

• A full teaching qualification.
• A BA (Hons) degree in a Creative subject.
• Previous management experience within further or higher education.
• Experience working with UAL (University of the Arts London) programmes and qualifications.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality education and positive student outcomes.
