About the role
We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead the Meals & More grant funding programme, supporting community partners delivering food and activities for children during school holidays across the UK. The role is remote‑based with occasional travel to partner sites.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end grants process, from application and assessment to award, payment and close‑out.
- Serve as the primary relationship contact for funded delivery partners, building trusted links with youth clubs, community groups, CICs and faith centres.
- Oversee grant agreements, payments and monitoring to ensure effective distribution and compliance.
- Drive digital transformation of grant processes, migrating from manual systems to platforms such as Salesforce and online application tools.
- Collaborate with Communications, Corporate Partnerships and Finance to maintain accurate records, support reporting and provide insights on programme performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in programme, grants or partnership management, including assessing applications and conducting due diligence.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of building relationships with external organisations.
- Understanding of governance, compliance and accountability in funding programmes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while travelling to sites as needed.
