Programme Manager – Identity Governance & Administration (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a global Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) transformation for a large, complex organisation in London. The role is contract‑based, hybrid (three days onsite) and starts as soon as possible, with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a global IGA programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage third‑party delivery partners and internal delivery teams.
• Design and implement Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes.
• Oversee integrations with HR systems, Active Directory/Entra and security platforms.
• Support application onboarding and access‑governance activities.
• Maintain programme plans, risk registers and stakeholder reporting.
• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale IGA or related technology programmes.
• Strong project or programme management background, preferably with Prince2, PMP or MSP certification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of identity and access management principles.
• Experience in retail or financial services is desirable.
