Programme Manager – IT Projects (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead multiple IT programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. You will work closely with customers and a team of Project Managers to design and deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of IT programmes and projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers.
• Manage budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate programme documentation and reporting.
• Engage with stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Recognised programme or project management qualification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL, PMP or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capability.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Full driving licence and eligibility for a standard DBS check.
