Programme Support Adviser (Part‑time)

About the role

The Programme Support Adviser provides a first‑class, personalised service to participants across Reed Wellbeing programmes. Working within the Programme Support team, you will be the initial point of contact for individuals referred to preventative health services, assessing eligibility and guiding them to the right support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service on inbound and outbound calls.
• Book participants onto relevant wellbeing services, manage changes and re‑engage missed appointments.
• Use triage assessment tools to determine eligibility and readiness based on contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, meet KPI and quality standards, and ensure data is captured correctly.
• Conduct data‑cleansing activities to correct CRM inaccuracies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle phone interactions professionally.
• Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to assess participant eligibility and guide them through service pathways.
