About the role
The Programme / Transformation Lead sits within the Transformation team and drives a portfolio of change initiatives across the business. You will plan, sequence and execute projects that deliver measurable ROI while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a flexible, agile roadmap for transformation programmes.
- Plan, prioritize and sequence multiple projects across Retail, Supply Chain and Technology functions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure clear delivery timelines and accountability.
- Monitor progress, report on performance metrics and adjust plans to maximise ROI.
- Facilitate consistent prioritisation and alignment with senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading transformation or portfolio programmes in retail or consumer sectors.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery methods and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work across diverse functional areas and drive results.
