Project Administrator – Waste Services Survey (Temp)

About the role
Join a dynamic team delivering a pioneering food‑waste collection service across the London Borough of Newham. As a Project Administrator you will support the Waste Services Survey Project, ensuring accurate data capture and smooth coordination of field activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with borough‑wide assessment for the new food‑waste collection service.
- Coordinate and monitor survey activities in residential areas.
- Collect, organise, and maintain data from field surveys.
- Enter survey findings into spreadsheets and databases with high accuracy.
- Check data quality and produce reports to aid decision‑making.
- Liaise with project teams, stakeholders and local authorities.
- Provide general administrative support to the Waste Services project team.
Required profile
- Previous experience in project or data administration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Interest in environmental initiatives or local‑government projects is a plus.
