Project Co-ordinator (PMO & Programme Support Analyst)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Project Co-ordinator to provide governance, planning, reporting and administrative support across a major IT transformation programme based in Hatfield. The role will work closely with Programme and Project Managers, business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure programme standards are consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

• Provide PMO support across Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile delivery environments.
• Coordinate delivery activities, reporting cycles, governance events and programme documentation.
• Maintain delivery controls such as RAID logs, project plans, milestone trackers, action and decision logs, dependency trackers and status reports.
• Produce executive‑level management information, governance packs and regular status reports.
• Support Programme Managers and Project Managers by tracking financials, risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, forums and governance boards with stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years’ experience in a Project Co‑ordinator, PMO Analyst, Project Support Officer or Programme Support role.
• Experience supporting large IT projects or programmes and a strong understanding of programme governance.
• Proven ability to maintain RAID logs, project plans, milestone and dependency trackers.
• Experience producing executive‑level reporting and governance packs.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile delivery methods; Agile exposure is a plus.
