Project Coordinator – Construction PM Consultancy (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a fast‑paced construction project‑management consultancy in London Bridge. The role blends office‑based coordination with occasional remote work, supporting a range of commercial design and engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day project coordination and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update project schedules.
• Track project budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Process client invoicing and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare tender documentation and manage the bids process.
• Attend meetings, record minutes, and support client communications.
• Produce project and contract documentation, reports, and status updates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative or project‑coordination role within construction or the built environment, preferably in commercial design, engineering or architecture.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (4 days office, 1 day remote).

• Competitive salary of £40,000‑£45,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Full‑time permanent role, 9am‑5pm.
• Hybrid working model – 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.
