Project Coordinator – Full‑time (Erith, UK)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to join our team in Erith. You will work closely with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule, manage budgets and ensure smooth delivery across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with the administration of live projects, coordinating activities to maintain timelines.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics for project teams, handling last‑minute changes efficiently.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to organise materials, track orders and maintain professional relationships.
• Assist with project costing, raise purchase orders, monitor expenditure and produce financial reports.
• Monitor qualifications, certifications and compliance documentation.
• Provide operational support on site, including welfare checks and team engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Operations Coordinator or a similar role.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships at all levels.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
