Project Coordinator – IT & Business Change (Hybrid, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a busy IT & Business Change team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working 25 hours per week in a hybrid model (two days remote), you will support the delivery of multiple improvement projects across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering improvement projects, ensuring clear communication and training plans.
• Produce and maintain project documentation and rollout materials for wider business use.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage department impact assessments.
• Liaise with the Learning and Development team to minimise downtime during implementation.
• Monitor project success metrics, identify risks and support mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Confidence interacting with staff at all levels.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a collaborative approach.
• Understanding of business change or project delivery is desirable.
• Knowledge of IT systems and business operations is beneficial.
