About the role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join the compliance and energy team of a large housing association in London. The role will support multiple projects, ensuring compliance workstreams are established and maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Establish baselines for compliance workstreams and set up reconciliation processes.
- Liaise with various departments to gather and verify property information.
- Provide feedback to the data team and collaborate with compliance teams and contractors.
- Report to the EMA Compliance Manager and manage projects sequentially to resolve baseline positions.
- Deliver technical support as needed in a highly collaborative environment.
Required profile
- Experience in the housing sector and in compliance roles.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude and strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with compliance monitoring software.
- Ability to manage project delivery with potential for role extension.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (moderate level).
- Experience using compliance monitoring software.
What we offer
- Hybrid working – up to two days remote per week.
- Competitive hourly rate of £21.59 (PAYE) or £28.55 (Umbrella).
