Project Coordinator

About the role

Futures is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to manage the manufacturing and installation phases of our projects. You will act as the central hub for internal teams, suppliers, contractors and clients, ensuring safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing schedules with suppliers and production teams.
• Plan and manage installation programmes from pre‑start through to completion.
• Track project milestones, identify risks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, procurement and logistics.
• Manage subcontractors, installation teams and ensure all site documentation is approved before mobilisation.
• Monitor contractor performance against quality, programme and safety standards.
• Facilitate communication between contractors, suppliers, clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate inductions, permits and compliance paperwork.
• Oversee deliveries to site, resolve manufacturing or logistics issues and maintain procurement schedules.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or Project Support.
• Experience coordinating manufacturing and/or installation projects.
• Knowledge of contractor management and subcontractor coordination.
• Familiarity with RAMS and health & safety documentation.
• Excellent organisational, planning and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
