Project Coordinator – Lighting & Rigging

About the role

TSL Lighting is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Project Management team in Basingstoke. You will support the planning, delivery and commercial management of multiple lighting and rigging projects, acting as the main technical point of contact for customers and internal crews.

Key responsibilities

• Locate and negotiate prices for sub‑hired equipment from suppliers.
• Raise, process and track purchase orders to ensure timely procurement.
• Coordinate transport and logistics, booking vehicles and managing deliveries and collections.
• Produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and adhere to H&S policies.
• Match client and crew‑chief requirements to available rental stock.
• Provide out‑of‑hours support as part of the company call‑out service.
• Monitor project progress and communicate changes to the crew chief.
• Maintain up‑to‑date job files and liaise with the Operations team for equipment preparation.

Required profile

• Highly organised and commercially astute.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
