About the role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of live and corporate events across the UK. The role is office‑based in Manchester and works closely with Project Managers and Hire Coordinators to ensure events run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and Hire Coordinators in planning and delivering events.
- Coordinate multiple large‑ and small‑scale projects, managing competing priorities.
- Book and manage crew, transport, equipment and other resources.
- Create and maintain crew communication documents.
Required profile
- Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar in live or corporate events.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of event production processes and crew management.
