Project Coordinator - People and Change

About the role

Join a leading energy infrastructure company as a Project Coordinator within our People and Change team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the initial development of the ED3 regulatory plan, focusing on workforce resilience, before transitioning to coordinate diverse strategic initiatives that shape the future of Northern Powergrid.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of specific workstream activities.
• Coordinate high-level meetings, workshops, and departmental events.
• Monitor project timelines, progress reports, and track risks and opportunities.
• Prepare critical regulatory documentation and validate complex datasets.
• Produce insightful reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Support the broader People and Change transformation agenda.

Candidate Profile

• A proactive professional who thrives in project-based environments and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must hold a valid UK driving license.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project management methodologies (knowledge of PRINCE2 or APM is highly desirable).
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Understanding of HR processes or RIIO regulatory frameworks (a plus).
