Project Coordinator – Revit & Architecture

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with strong Revit and architectural experience to join a close‑knit team delivering high‑end residential, renovation and commercial projects. The role offers a blend of site‑based work and office collaboration, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from inception through RIBA Stages 1‑4, supporting the full project lifecycle.
• Conduct site surveys, interpret technical drawings and produce concept and planning documentation.
• Manage the planning process and liaise with external consultants and authorities.
• Collaborate closely with a small, multidisciplinary team to ensure design quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Experience as an Architectural Technician, Technologist or similar, working on RIBA Stages 4‑6.
• Proven ability to manage planning applications and coordinate project documentation.
• Willingness to commute to Barnet and work on a hybrid schedule.
