Project Coordinator – Technical Coordination in Architecture

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join the Building Regulations team of a leading architectural and development consultancy. Based in our Farringdon studio, you will support the Building Regulations Principal Designer (BRPD) Project Management team, ensuring smooth administration and delivery of construction and development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project enquiries and prepare fee proposals.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas and minutes.
• Maintain project records, documentation and filing systems.
• Support project delivery and document‑control processes.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Assist with reports, presentations, invoices and general project administration.

Required profile

• Experience in an administration, coordination or project support role.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience within construction, property, architecture or consultancy environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
