Project Delivery Specialist – Telecoms

About the role

We are partnering with a respected telecommunications company to find a Project Delivery Specialist who will oversee the delivery of B2B products, ensuring they meet agreed success criteria. The role involves managing supplier relationships and coordinating internal teams to transition projects from sales through delivery to service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Act as primary point of contact between internal teams, customers and third‑party suppliers.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Manage resources and priorities to maximise efficiency.
• Track budgets, costs and resource allocation, highlighting variances.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Control project scope, documenting and communicating any changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering IT or telecom business change, digital transformation or similar projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience managing risks, budgets and project governance.
