Project Director – Commercial Kitchen & HVAC Projects

About the role

This senior position offers an experienced Project Director the chance to lead a specialist contractor delivering high‑value commercial kitchen, HVAC and ventilation projects across London and the South East. You will provide strategic oversight, empower teams and build strong client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of multi‑million‑pound projects.
• Lead, coach and develop Project Managers, Coordinators and Administrators.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure commercial success, programme adherence and quality delivery.
• Offer governance and escalation support without micromanaging day‑to‑day tasks.
• Drive consistency, best practice and continuous improvement across the project function.
• Contribute to business planning and broader operational decisions.
