Project Director – Cyber Security (6‑month contract, London)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Director to lead a high‑visibility cyber security experiential project for a major client in London. The role is a six‑month contract, hybrid working, and offers responsibility for delivering the project on time, on budget, and with strong impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own the master plan, timeline, budget and quality standards across all workstreams.
• Coordinate specialist external agencies covering experiential production, PR and digital deliverables.
• Serve as the primary interface for senior stakeholders and the executive team.
• Integrate physical event activations with digital and PR amplification.
• Manage purchase orders, challenge agency cost proposals and mitigate financial risks.

Required profile

• 8+ years of senior programme management experience directing complex, multi‑agency campaigns.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale live experiences or immersive activations.
• Experience integrating PR campaigns and digital experiences such as landing pages or campaign sites.
• Strong commercial background with direct budget ownership and supplier contract management.
• Demonstrated ability to work with Director‑level and C‑suite stakeholders.
