Project Management Office Analyst Placement – 12‑Month Internship

About the role

This 12‑month placement supports Airbus Space Systems projects through the Project Management Office. You will work with a dynamic team, applying standard PMO processes to help deliver high‑profile space programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Support management of space programmes using standard PMO methods, tools and processes.
• Analyse and integrate quantitative and qualitative project data (time, cost, resources, quality) for decision‑making and reporting.
• Assist in creating project plans, schedules and work‑breakdown structures.
• Contribute to risk and opportunity management, mitigation planning and lessons‑learned capture.
• Track milestone performance, support phase reviews and enable effective stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Analytics or a related field, remaining an undergraduate for the full placement.
• Provide graduation date on application and submit a CV with a cover letter outlining motivation.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
