Project Management Officer (PMO Analyst) – 6‑month Contract

About the role

We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support a high‑visibility, multi‑year technology transformation programme for a leading asset management firm. Working within a central PMO team, you will coordinate across workstreams, governance forums, and senior stakeholders in a hybrid London setting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and status updates across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate Steering Committee and Portfolio Operating Group meetings, capturing accurate minutes and action logs.
• Track programme budgets, expenditures, and assist with monthly financial variance reporting.
• Maintain governance artefacts such as risk registers, decision logs, change requests, and business cases.

Required profile

• Proven PMO or programme administration experience, preferably in large‑scale transformation.
• Strong governance and reporting capabilities, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial services background is desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with MS Project, Planview, or Confluence.
