Project Management Support (Facility Launch)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Project Management Support Specialist to join a Manufacturing Engineering team that is driving the launch of a major industrial facility. The role sits at the centre of a high‑profile programme, coordinating engineering, suppliers, finance and quality functions to ensure a smooth introduction of new systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support for the launch of industrial systems, logging and resolving non‑conformances and maintaining master snag lists.
• Prepare and process Capital Expenditure (CapEx) requests, manage tooling invoices, goods receipts and change proposals with external suppliers.
• Coordinate PFMEA actions, drive ownership of quality issues and escalate risks that could affect launch milestones.
• Produce weekly and monthly Manufacturing Engineering reports, KPI dashboards and support leadership with accurate progress updates.
• Organise, archive and maintain technical documentation, manuals and validation certificates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in project coordination, PMO support or a similar role within manufacturing or aerospace environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on detail and quality.
