Project Manager – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Mediazoo is seeking a Project Manager on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to lead the delivery of small to medium‑scale projects across digital learning, live events and platform‑based programmes. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and production teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget and to a high creative standard.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships from brief through delivery and anticipate issues before they arise.
• Create detailed timelines, allocate work clearly and flag risks early.
• Manage budgets to meet or exceed forecast margins, maintaining tight control over scope and spend.
• Run live and hybrid events end‑to‑end, from run‑of‑show planning to post‑event debrief.
• Oversee content on learning platforms and CMS tools, collaborating closely with clients and developers.
• Provide regular stakeholder updates and keep project documentation current.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in a creative, events or learning environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, margins and scope.
• Hands‑on experience delivering live or hybrid events from start to finish.
• Calm and solution‑focused when plans change.
• Desire for ownership and impact on how people think and behave.
