Project Manager – Business Transformation (Hybrid)

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position is for a Project Manager supporting two high‑profile transformation programmes within a large public‑sector organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will drive organisational change, improve operating models and help the business navigate a major governance transition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of two transformation programmes, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate communication and engagement across multiple stakeholder groups, keeping momentum and addressing concerns.
• Monitor progress, report status to senior leadership and adjust plans to mitigate risks.
• Support the design and implementation of new operating models, organisational structures and business processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale business transformation, organisational change or restructuring initiatives.
• Strong understanding of public‑sector or regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting, balancing onsite and remote activities.
