Project Manager – Central London – £45k – Hybrid

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing technology business, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own both customer‑facing and internal projects within their Professional Services portfolio. Working from Central London in a hybrid model, you will guide projects from sales hand‑over through to operational support, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects for customers and internal teams.
• Manage projects from sales hand‑over through transition into support, maintaining scope, budget and timeline.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and third‑party partners, ensuring effective governance, planning and reporting.
• Act as primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates, proactively communicate risks and manage issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Monitor project profitability, work‑in‑progress and financial performance, supporting timely billing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and Account Management to maintain accurate reporting and identify additional service opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, documentation and hand‑over procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology or professional services environment.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams, suppliers and third‑party partners.
• Excellent governance, reporting and documentation capabilities.
