Project Manager – Commercial Construction Consultancy (London)

About the role

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to join its commercial team in London. You will oversee high‑quality office, fit‑out, refurbishment and occupier‑led schemes from inception through to completion, acting as the main client‑facing liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects across London, including office refurbishments, CAT A/CAT B fit‑outs, landlord works and occupier projects.
• Lead project planning, programme management, consultant coordination and procurement support.
• Administer contracts, track risks, produce reports and chair project meetings.
• Liaise with contractors and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• Commercial project experience in office, fit‑out, refurbishment, landlord or occupier schemes.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or related field.
• Professional membership (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards qualification.
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Strong communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Proactive and professional approach.
