Project Manager – Commercial Fit‑Out (Cat B)

About the role

Brandon James Ltd, a leading property and construction consultancy in London, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high‑quality commercial workplace fit‑out projects. You will work directly with occupiers, landlords and corporate clients across the capital, overseeing Cat B schemes from briefing to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Cat B office fit‑out projects through design coordination, procurement, contract administration and delivery.
• Chair project meetings, maintain programmes, monitor risks and produce regular reports.
• Liaise with designers, cost consultants, contractors, building managers and occupiers to ensure standards are met.
• Support business development activities and nurture client relationships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• Strong background delivering Cat B office fit‑out projects in London.
• Relevant degree (Project Management, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, etc.).
• Professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or working towards one.
