Project Manager – Construction Consultancy (Leeds)

About the role

A leading construction consultancy in Leeds is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. You will work across a varied portfolio of high‑quality projects, supporting them from inception through to completion while developing within a respected national business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction projects across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region from pre‑contract to post‑contract stages.
• Oversee programme management, procurement support and risk tracking.
• Coordinate consultants, chair meetings and handle contract administration.
• Liaise with contractors and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• Worked on commercial, residential, education, healthcare, public sector or mixed‑use projects.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related field.
• Professional membership or progression towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB.
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts.
